Scholarships

Tri-C offers many scholarship opportunities to students, including merit-based awards for students who excel in the classroom, awards to participate on Tri-C athletic teams, and awards to serve on the Student Government. By completing the General Scholarship application, students may be matched with one of the more than 200 available opportunities to help pay for college.

To apply for the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation scholarship opportunities, students should complete the online admissions application, the FAFSA, and the online Tri-C scholarship application. These scholarships are created and supported through the generosity of donors who believe in the Tri-C mission and the importance of access to education.

Tri-C also provides Workforce Training scholarships to help students pay for Workforce Innovation programs and training. These scholarships help cover a portion of program costs. To apply for Workforce Training scholarships, students should complete the online Workforce Scholarship Request Form. Before applying for a workforce scholarship, students should reach out to a program contact to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for the program.

Total scholarship awards may not exceed the cost of attendance as determined by federal regulations and will be considered with all other financial aid received.
